Document Scanning

We provide custom document scanning solutions for converting any paper based document to a digital format. Our conversion solution provides enhancements such as filtering, smoothing, de-skewing and de-speckling during the scanning process. We provide flexibility in output formats depending on your needs. As an additional service we also provide post processing conversion & indexing services such as imprinting, OCR (Optical Character Recognition), barcode capture, and manual data entry.

We have the capabilities and experience to scan a wide variety of paper documents including:

  • Various paper sizes from small receipts to large oversized drawings.

Image output to a variety of formats:

Post processing services include:
  • Indexing via: OCR, Barcode, or Manual Data Entry.
  • Front side serial number imprinting.
  • Image cleanup using filtering, smoothing, de-skewing and de-speckling.
