Digital Radiography

The SmartRAD is a family of Digital Radiography systems with an integrated Flat Panel Detector, providing a superior alternative to film screen and computed radiography (CR) in general radiography imaging. The systems deliver outstanding image quality and ergonomics, an efficient workflow, and rich DICOM functionality, thus enhancing the productivity of radiology departments.

SmartRAD combines proprietary technology with state of the art object-oriented software and connectivity. The system's intuitive user-friendly console interfaces with the detector and the X-ray generator, providing the necessary connectivity to acquire and transmit patient demographics, examination and image data in digital format.

Parameters for X-ray exposure, review, post-processing operations and filming can be set up from a single console, significantly increasing clinical efficiency. DICOM-compatibility enables easy integration into a PACS network.
